The short version: PAO is a personal diary, not a doctor. Use it to notice, not to diagnose. Your entries are yours, and you can delete them at any time.

1. Who provides PAO

2. Not medical advice

PAO records what you tell it and shows it back to you. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and its patterns are hints, not findings. Always ask a qualified health professional about your health. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number — do not rely on PAO.

3. Your account

You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

4. Your content

What you write belongs to you. You allow us only to store it and show it to you, so the app can work. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fair use

Please do not misuse PAO: no attempts to access other people's accounts, to break or overload the service, or to use it for anything unlawful.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep PAO running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features; if we ever shut PAO down, we will tell you in advance.

7. Liability

PAO is provided free of charge. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.

Kurz gesagt: PAO ist ein persönliches Tagebuch, keine Ärztin. Nutze es zum Bemerken, nicht zum Diagnostizieren. Deine Einträge gehören dir, und du kannst sie jederzeit löschen.

1. Anbieter

PAO wird angeboten von [dein vollständiger Name], [Postanschrift], [Kontakt-E-Mail].

2. Keine medizinische Beratung

PAO speichert, was du erzählst, und zeigt es dir zurück. Es ist kein Medizinprodukt, stellt keine Diagnosen, behandelt und verhindert keine Erkrankung, und seine Muster sind Hinweise, keine Befunde. Frag bei Gesundheitsfragen immer eine medizinische Fachperson. Im Notfall wähle die 112 – verlass dich nicht auf PAO.

3. Dein Konto

Für ein Konto musst du mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. Halte dein Passwort geheim; du bist für dein Konto verantwortlich. Du kannst es jederzeit in den Einstellungen löschen.

4. Deine Inhalte

Was du schreibst, gehört dir. Du erlaubst uns nur, es zu speichern und dir anzuzeigen, damit die App funktioniert. Wie wir damit umgehen, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung.

5. Faire Nutzung

Bitte missbrauche PAO nicht: keine Versuche, auf fremde Konten zuzugreifen, den Dienst zu stören oder zu überlasten oder ihn rechtswidrig zu nutzen.

6. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen

Wir bemühen uns, PAO verfügbar und deine Daten sicher zu halten, können aber keine ständige, fehlerfreie Verfügbarkeit versprechen. Funktionen können sich ändern oder wegfallen; sollten wir PAO einstellen, sagen wir es dir vorher.

7. Haftung

PAO ist kostenlos. Wir haften unbeschränkt für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden an Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Im Übrigen ist unsere Haftung beschränkt, soweit das Gesetz es zulässt. Deine Rechte als Verbraucherin oder Verbraucher bleiben unberührt.

8. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen

Wenn wir diese Bedingungen wesentlich ändern, sagen wir es dir in der App, bevor die Änderung gilt.
